Closing the Sale

Photographers are renowned for wowing clients up front. That initial meeting to discuss tastes and scope of work promises the world, but something downright tragic happens afterwards. We fail to follow through. We fall short in areas like customer service and communication. We forget to up-sell ourselves. We lose momentum, we risk client satisfaction and, many times, we cut off what could be a generous source of referrals.
In short, we drag our feet in the last mile of the photography experience. Worse, we leave profit on the table. That’s not exactly smart business these days, now is it? Now’s the time to maximize every aspect of the wedding photography sales cycle—no stone can be left unturned.

Thanks! Also... I like that you alerted this to us in the What's new section.

Great information.I'm working on pretty much the same project at the moment. My client has a portfolio and I've developed the CMS with Django. I've only just got PyAMF up and running and have yet to properly start the Flex side of things. Questions on there way...Thanks.
