New Flexible Pricing Structure • ShootQ now has three pricing plans – ShootQ Startup for $40/month, ShootQ Studio for $60/month and ShootQ Hub for $80/month. • All three levels come with basic reports. Studio and Hub accounts include an expanded analytics section. • All three pricing plans come with UNLIMITED questionnaires. • More storage space – file storage has been increased. Startup now has 150MB more storage, and Hub capacity has increased by 1.5GB. Public Pricing Enhancements • ShootQ Studio and ShootQ Hub accounts come with multiple pricing pages so you can create specific pricing pages for different shoot types (e.g., a pricing page for only Weddings, and one for only Portraits). • Add-ons which are presented on individual pricing pages can be toggled on and off individually AND sorted manually. • You can now create a custom message to display at the top of your pricing pages. Public Area Enhancements • Collecting details during the Online Booking process is easier. • Clients will be asked to give info on The Couple. Then, you can can offload the collection of bride and groom contact information to the client. • Collecting information on The Couple in the Online Booking Engine is now more flexible & friendly. Your clients can now specify a Bride and a Groom, or a Bride and a Bride, or a Groom and a Groom. • No more yellow bar! The color of the “Yellow Bar” at the bottom of pricing pages is now editable. • Your Client’s Public Area now shows all events (Engagement Shoots, Client Meetings) rather than just the main event. Other Cool Stuff • Now when a photographer switches brands, their last brand selected is remembered the next time they log in. • Calendar Subscriptions are now available for Leads. • Specify custom shoot types, such as Boudoir or Commercial. In addition, these custom types can be displayed on your public contact form. • Specify a location for all shoot types, and for their events. • Create an email signature, which is automatically added to all emails you send while logged into ShootQ! • Account administrators can configure email signatures for all automatic emails sent on their behalf. • View a full month of the “What’s Happening” calendar widget on your dashboard.
